Working with therapists Australia-wide.

A Space to Support you

I’m an Accredited EMDR Consultant, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Clinical Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor offering EMDR consultation and reflective supervision for therapists navigating the complexities of trauma with compassion, clarity, and depth.

This work asks so much of us and having a reflective space to pause, process, and grow can make all the difference.

Together, we explore your clinical questions, uncertainties, and evolving edges with curiosity, always anchored in your values and therapeutic integrity. This is a grounded and relational space to deepen reflection and strengthen confidence.

EMDR Consultation

Consultation for Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Psychologists at all stages of your journey — from those beginning to integrate EMDR into clinical practice following basic training, through to experienced practitioners wanting to deepen your confidence and understanding of more complex presentations.

My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in thoughtful exploration of the therapeutic process, supporting you to move beyond protocol alone and into a more attuned and integrative EMDR practice.

Together, we may explore case conceptualisation, target mapping, dissociation, attachment dynamics, and the unfolding links between present-day experiences, emotional states, and relational themes.

Consultation is not only about developing EMDR skills, but also about supporting you to feel more present, resourced, curious, and connected within the therapy room.

Whether you’ve recently completed your basic training or are beginning to integrate EMDR into your practice, it’s normal to feel uncertain.

At first, its just about growing your confidence with EMDR’s standard protocol - once you have this under your belt you can get more fancy by integrating other protocols or parts work.

A lot can be achieved with the standard protocol alone - so, take your time.

You may have left your training wondering how this is all going to fit in with your current practice - perhaps you’re making a transition from a top down therapy to EMDR’s bottom up processing.

You may question:

  • How do I know if I’m doing this properly?

  • What if my client dissociates or becomes overwhelmed?

  • How do I adapt the work relationally?

  • What do I do when processing gets stuck?

  • How do I hold complexity and still stay grounded?

Consultation offers a supportive space to slow things down, ask questions openly, and develop confidence in your own therapeutic style.

A Systemic Lens in Consultation

Consultation is a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and explore the wider relational and systemic patterns shaping your client’s experience - moving beyond symptoms alone and into a deeper understanding of the person within their context.

Together, we may explore family dynamics, attachment ruptures, intergenerational trauma, your own nervous system activation, and the ways these patterns can emerge both within the client’s internal world and the therapeutic relationship.

The way I work gently integrates systemic, schema, attachment, and parts-based perspectives to support you in deepening attunement, strengthening case conceptualisation, and navigating stuck or looping processing with greater clarity and confidence.

Rather than focusing solely on interventions and protocol, consultation becomes a space to expand your lens, strengthen your therapeutic intuition, and honour the fuller story surrounding your clients and the work itself.
