Medicare Rebates
A Mental Health Care Plan from your GP is required to access Medicare rebates.
The current rebate is $87.25 per session, processed after each attended session.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your program:
• Program One: $250
• Program Two: $500
This amount is deducted from your total fee.
If a program is cancelled and not rescheduled, the deposit is not refunded.
Payment Plans
I understand that EMDR Intensive Therapy is a meaningful investment in your wellbeing and healing journey. To help make this way of working more accessible, flexible payment plans are available for people booking at least 7–10 weeks in advance.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your therapy dates, with the remaining balance divided into fortnightly instalments.
To support therapeutic clarity, commitment, and the integrity of the intensive process, all fees are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of intensive sessions.

Payment plans are arranged via automatic card payments (bank fees apply for card transactions) or direct debit.
Intensive dates are reserved specifically for you and therefore deposits are non-refundable.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out as early as possible so we can discuss available options for rescheduling.
Intensive sessions cannot commence until the program has been paid in full.

Couples therapy sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

These sessions are available following an EMDR Intensive, Couples Immersive or Couples EMDR Intensive - offering space to integrate and continue what we have already begun.
They are intended as occasional sessions to support this process. If a new focus or relational goal emerges, we may look at beginning a new program.
At times, what’s emerging may be better supported through another intensive.
