A reflective space - navigating the depth and complexity of therapeutic work
Relational & Systemic Clinical Supervision for Therapists
Working with therapists Australia-wide
A Space to Support you
I’m a Clinical Supervisor, Accredited EMDR Consultant, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, and Clinical Family Therapist supporting social workers, psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, and mental health practitioners seeking a reflective, relational, and trauma-informed space to explore the depth and complexity of therapeutic work with both individuals and couples.
Supervision with me invites thoughtful exploration of formulation, attachment dynamics, trauma, relational patterns, therapist activation, boundaries, and the emotional impact of the work - while supporting you to remain connected to your clinical integrity, therapeutic presence, and wellbeing.
I welcome any questions about Supervision - feel free to send me an email via the contacts page.
Supervision is via Zoom, making support accessible Australia-wide for clinicians in both private practice and agency settings.

Clinical Supervision
Supervision can become more than a space for case discussion or clinical problem-solving alone. At times, it offers an opportunity to slow down and think more deeply about the emotional, relational, and systemic processes unfolding within therapeutic work.
As therapists, we are continually impacted by the stories, attachment dynamics, trauma responses, and emotional fields we sit alongside. Certain clients may evoke urgency, over-responsibility, self-doubt, rescuing, frustration, grief, or withdrawal. Over time, without reflective spaces, these experiences can quietly accumulate within the nervous system of the therapist themselves.
A relational and systemic approach to supervision invites curiosity toward these responses rather than judgment. Together, we can explore not only what is happening for the client, but also what may be emerging within the therapeutic relationship, wider relational systems, and within ourselves as practitioners.
Holding complexity can feel lighter when shared within relationship……

Staying Connected to Yourself in the Work
This space can support greater steadiness, differentiation, and therapeutic presence, particularly when working with trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, couples, and relational complexity.
Alongside clinical formulation and therapeutic process, this space invites reflection on your own experience within the work - helping you to remain connected to your values, clinical voice, nervous system awareness, and therapeutic integrity.
Rather than working from pressure, perfectionism, or fear of “getting it wrong,” the work can gradually become more grounded, reflective, and aligned with the kind of therapist you are continuing to become.
Symptoms often begin to make greater sense when we hold the wider emotional system in mind. Read more: Bowen Family Systems Theory in EMDR & Supervision.
