EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain and body process distressing memories, sensations, and beliefs that may still be impacting your life. Whether you're aware of the source or not, unresolved past experiences can show up as anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, low self-worth, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
EMDR supports you in identifying how past events continue to shape present-day reactions, emotions, and relationships. By gently reprocessing these memories in a safe and contained way, EMDR helps reduce their emotional charge—so they no longer hold power over your nervous system.
Through EMDR, you’ll change how you feel, what you see, and believe about yourself, leading to greater joy and ease in life. You'll experience less impact from past memories, feel more present, and gain confidence to express your needs and feelings openly, free from guilt and shame.
How does EMDR Therapy work
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or tones) to activate both hemispheres of the brain. This process supports the nervous system in unlocking and reprocessing stored trauma, even when words are hard to find. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR is designed to access the brain’s natural healing process—allowing old emotional wounds to be digested and integrated.

Healing across time
EMDR doesn’t just focus on the past—it works across time. Together, we explore memories from the past, triggers in the present, and fears or future templates that feel overwhelming. This timeline approach allows you to heal not just what happened, but how it continues to live in your body and beliefs.
Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, childhood wounds, or relationship struggles, EMDR offers a path toward relief and reconnection with yourself.
You don’t need to re-tell your whole story to heal it.
Your body already knows the way through.
