Why Choose an Intensive Program Over Regular Sessions?

EMDR intensives offer a faster, immersive approach compared to traditional weekly sessions. They aim to heal wounds more quickly and efficiently while maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Benefits:

  • Accelerated Healing: Achieve faster progress and integration.

  • Time and Cost Efficiency: Condense months of therapy into one or two weeks.

  • Enhanced Connection: Feel calmer, more connected to your body, and improve relationships.

Program One: Three months of EMDR in one week.
Program Two: Six months of EMDR in two weeks.

Can I Join an EMDR Intensive Program If I Have a Primary Therapist?

Yes. If you sense that something crucial is missing or your body still feels stuck despite cognitive insights, an EMDR intensive might be beneficial.

We can discuss the best program for you during our FREE Discovery Call.

Will I Receive a Workbook?

Yes. Before your assessment session, you'll receive a workbook with three sections:

  • Before: Exercises to complete before our assessment, informing my formulation and setting goals for your intensive.

  • During: Optional exercises to complete during the intensive, reflecting on your therapy process.

  • After: Optional exercises to review what you've learned and identify any further focus areas for future work.

Resources provided at the start and end of our work together.

What Can I Accomplish in a 3-Day Weekday Intensive?

In just three days, you can begin to create meaningful shifts in how you feel, think, and relate — within yourself and in your relationships.

You can:

  • Strengthen confidence and emotional resilience

  • Clear the emotional charge of a single-event trauma — reducing distressing thoughts, feelings, and body sensations

  • Build capacity for deeper healing if you’re navigating complex or relational trauma

For complex or longstanding trauma, additional time is often supportive. Many clients choose to return for monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly intensives — creating a steady path toward deeper integration and lasting change.

In a 6-day weekday EMDR Intensives for Relational, Systemic & Complex Trauma:

Deep Processing:
Focused time to process deeply rooted relational wounds and intergenerational patterns of trauma.

Emotional Release:
Space to safely release emotions linked to attachment injuries, family dynamics, and systemic experiences.

Increased Insight:
Greater understanding of how trauma within family, culture, and relationships has shaped emotional and relational patterns.

Integration:
Opportunity to integrate new insights into daily life — fostering healthier relationships, boundaries, and connection.

Resilience:
Strengthened emotional and nervous system resilience — supporting more flexibility in navigating relationships and stress.

Personal Growth:
Increased self-awareness and a deeper sense of agency within relational and systemic contexts — empowering change.

Overall, you can achieve significant healing and progress in a condensed, focused format.
